 Your responsibilities

You will be responsible to answer to inquiries from our customers with courtesy and efficiency, and you will provide them with expert advice on a multitude of products.

Specifically, you will need:

• Offer a very high-quality customer service.
• Greet customers on the phone & in person
• Gather the necessary information to identify needs and propose appropriate products
• Track the progress of orders and vehicles
• Manage the schedule of the workshop

Your profile :

• Excellent Bilingualism spoken and written (French and English);
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;

Experience:
